Return Policy

·         You may return your item within 7 days from delivery date for a refund.  

·         Please send your request for a refund to TheBohoGlamShop@yahoo.com. 

·         Item must be in the same condition as received.

·         If your item has broken, please ship all pieces (i.e. beads).

·         The customer is responsible for shipping cost.

·         Refunds will be issued after item is received and inspected.

·         Do not ship your item prior to sending an email to TheBohoGlamShop@yahoo.com. 

Please Note: Precious stones are not perfect and may have some imperfections.

What if I break or stretch out my beaded bracelet or necklace after 7 days?

·         We will not refund broken or stretched out beaded jewelry after 7 days. 

·         If you would like your item restrung you can submit your request to TheBohoGlamShop@yahoo.com. 

·         Please mail your broken/stretched out item to:

·         Shipping is the responsibility of the customer

·         The fee to restring beaded jewelry is $5 per item (plus $3 shipping).

·         Just an FYI, restringing is super easy. Beading string can be found at any local craft store (just in case you do not want to wait for us to restring your item).
